Background and Challenges: The COVID-19 pandemic, particularly in its first several months, kept many people away from seeing their doctors for fear of catching the virus at a clinic. Healthcare clinics faced challenges of managing their patient load to protect the health of their staff as well as patients. 
Strategy: Remind providers of the benefits of the EXOGEN Ultrasound Bone Healing System. EXOGEN treatment is self-administered 20 minutes a day by the patient, to stimulate the healing process for challenging fractures. We created a brand campaign called the EXOGEN @Home Experience, to highlight to HCPs that they can maximize healing while minimizing face-to-face contact between physician and patient. An integrated campaign of website, web banners, and email marketing.
