Managing Care Solutions is a start-up based in the Raleigh, NC, area. Its mission is to help primary care practices optimize healthcare delivery to their Medicare-beneficiary patients living with chronic conditions.
As part of the Affordable Care Act, Medicare has been changing its payment method to reward doctors for good health outcomes, rather than reimbursing for each individual service provided. Managing Care Solutions helps doctors help their patients with Chronic Care Management services such as making contact with patients regularly to monitor their wellbeing, provide health coaching and patient education.
My role was to develop and execute a content marketing plan for the company, including creative direction and oversight of web design, copywriting, email flow, social media, and other web-based tactics.
